Presentation Guidelines  

There are three types of presentation. The presentation will be taken as oral presentation without notice in advance. For poster or video presentation, please inform the conference secretary when making the registration.

Oral Presentation

Time Duration: 15 minutes, including 2-3 minutes for Q&A

Preparing Your Presentation
All speakers must have their presentation in PPT file storaged on a USB and bring it to their assigned session room 10 minutes prior to the session start time so that it can be copied to the session room computer.

Poster Presentation

The poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your work. The ideal poster is designed to:
* attract attention
* provide a brief overview of your work
* initiate discussion and questions

Note:
* The poster should be in A1 size (vertically), including the conference name (AECCC 2020) and your paper ID. Please take it to the conference venue for post.

Video Presentation

The video should be 12-15 minutes. The suggested way to prepare a video presentation:

Best Presentation

One best presentation will be selected from each session and the author of best presentation will be awarded the certificate after the session.
